5 Box Jumps
6 Sit ups
7 Goblet squats
8 Push ups
9 KB swings
10 Dips
11 T2B
12 HSPU
13 Double under (20 skips)
Then go back up
1 HSPU
2 T2B
3 Dips
4 KB Swings
5 Push ups
6 Goblet squats
7 Sit ups
8 Box jumps
9 Alt lunges
10 Pull ups
11 Wall balls
12 Burpees
