B4C Fitness
Centre is owned and managed by a husband and wife team Danie and Charmain du
Preez. With history and many years of experience in Personal Training, Mixed
Martial Arts, Taebo, Preggy Bellies and CrossFit Level 1 coaches, these two bring a wonderful
variety in training routines and makes your exercise experience something that
you want to commit to for a period of time and also share with the people that
you care for. Their facility is a Gym with a Difference and at B4C
we are like a big family that cares for each other and each member forms part
of this family. Their journey started in June 2004 with the only certified Taebo studio in South Africa. In 2008 Danie
and Charmain both got certified as the first CrossFit coaches in South
Africa and shortly thereafter they became the first CrossFit affiliate as well,
then known as CrossFit Rebel, in 2010 the affiliate name was changed to
CrossFit B4C.
In 2010
CrossFit B4C also registered the 1st CrossFit Kids affiliate in
South Africa.
Being the
pioneers in our country and also the most experienced box in South
Africa their business is their passion and they care not only for the program
but especially for the person that walks through the door.
Moving to the next level in 2017, they de-affiliated with CrossFit. They relocated to Edenvale High School and thus evolving into the B4C Fit Factory brand, offering all their expertise and qualifications under one umbrella. Being devotional Christians, thus the name B4C (Bodies for Christ) they believe that you don’t just train physically to be strong but also spiritually. Their motto what they stand for and believe in – Walk by faith and not by sight.
